GETTVISION BRIDGE In development · Coming soon
Keep the system you know.
Connect it to GettVision Central.
GettVision Bridge is being developed to bring supported existing VMS environments into the GettVision platform. A lightweight connection for your cameras, events and capabilities, with your VMS still in place.
No production downloads or release date are available. Support for individual VMS platforms will be announced after validation.
THE PLANNED CONNECTION
Bridge is designed to help your existing video environment participate in GettVision. Your VMS remains responsible for the capabilities it provides.
Identify supported cameras, their names and organization, available analytics and which are enabled. Discover the events, media and recording capabilities your VMS provides.
AI-assisted discovery is planned to help map supported information into a GettVision integration profile during secure enrollment. Its purpose is onboarding, not continuous control of your VMS.
Once the connection is mapped and validated, Bridge is intended to operate as a standard GettVision integration, sharing supported information and media with Central.
GettVision Bridge enrollment is separate from GettVision Intelligence. Optional Intelligence adds advanced analysis to supported workflows when you enable it.
PART OF THE GETTVISION PLATFORM
GettVision Edge provides local camera processing for direct deployments. Bridge is the planned path for an existing VMS. Both connect to Central, with optional GettVision Intelligence for deeper understanding.
DRIVEWAY / THE PLANNED PATH
Imagine a camera named Driveway in an existing VMS. Bridge is being designed to discover its supported capabilities and bring that context into Central while the VMS stays in place.
The existing VMS would continue its recording and video workflows. Bridge would provide the supported connection to Central, where teams could work with the mapped camera and available information.
Coming soon: this is a planned example. The Driveway camera used in this tour currently connects through Edge Node 2; it is not connected through Bridge.
The screenshot shows today’s Central camera summary with illustrative settings. A production Bridge interface is not available.
